Don Lewis, MA, MS
Don comes to SCA from Gatehouse Academy in Arizona, where he was Program Director for the intensive care portion of the program. Don has a wealth of personal and professional recovery experience and has been professionally assisting young men to lead better lives since 1994.
Don was a 1974 recipient of a National Achievement Scholarship and graduated with a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY in 1978. While a military officer, Don commanded Airborne, Ranger, and Long Range Surveillance units. Following military service, Don was the Senior Educational Scientist at the Advanced Development Group for two years and the Commandant of Cadets at the Army and Navy Academy in California for five years.
Don has worked exclusively with young men in recovery since 1999. Don has an MA in Counseling Psychology from National University and an MS in International Relations from Troy State University. |
