Born and raised in Southern California 1941. Early years focused on Accounting culminating in a position with a successful franchise in Santa Fe, New Mexico as a Chief Financial Officer. I came to Taos, New Mexico in 1987. I started as a Plumbers helper $4.00/hr and recently retired as a Journeyman Plumber with a Mechanical Contractors License, a sole proprietor of a successful business. I live in my own house on 8 acres in a small community called El Rito, New Mexico just north of San Cristobal Ranch Academy, approximately 20 miles. Education consists of lots of different Junior Collages and UCLA but no degree. I have past criminal record for conspiracy to smuggle and distribute drugs, which took place in the Bahamas. After prison and 5,000 hours of community service work I have decided to “pay back” by working with people with drug related problems; addiction and all of its aberrant behaviors. I realize that the twelve step program is the only successful remedy in lieu of finding the illusive root cause of the dependency.
