Students attend group and individual sessions that target issues of emotional growth and personal development, which are interwoven throughout each component of the San Cristobal Academy program. The staff is committed to utilizing the student's daily experiences to help the students process and reflect upon their growth.

Students focus on re-establishing Core Values that have been lost through past struggles. Students also work on Relationships and Trust when it comes to family and peers. The Clinical Team assists in the development of this growth through their relationships with the students.
